Nakaka-proud na ginastusan ng malaki kasi naging napakaganda ng pagkakagawa at ang design ay very minimalist. Ang mas nakaka-proud ay ang location nanapaka-convenient sa mga naghahanap ng staycation spot where everything is within the area.

My unit that is for Rent through AIRBNBis in Manhattan Plaza Tower 2. Down the Tower is the Ali-mall where you can shop, dine and buy groceries. Few walks are the biggest malls such as the SM Mall, Rustans, Gateway Mall 1 & 2, SMART Araneta Coliseum, Cubao Expo, and many more.
Banks and ATM Machines are within the vicinity, plus any corporate businesses and companies. Accenture Philippines and BPOs are also in the area. Worry no more about your transportation because Araneta Bus Station was just at the back of the Building, MRT Station is just few walks only. Taxis are everywhere, as well as Grab Cars.
