Ang Buong Kwneto Bago at Pagkatapos ng Face-to-Face Conference with the SEC

Prior to the face-to-face conference invitation on September 06 by the SEC through Atty. Filbert Flores III, I went up to my room to check if there were any important messages on Facebook that I needed to respond to. While browsing Facebook on my phone, I received a notification that my Gmail account had been logged out and required me to re-enter my password. Initially, I ignored the notification.

A few minutes later, when I opened my laptop to check my email—since I was waiting for confirmation from the SEC about whether the conference would proceed on Friday, as announced by Atty. Filbert—I found that my Gmail account was also logged out on my laptop and was prompting me to re-enter my password. This unexpected log-out raised concerns about the security of my email account.

I tried every possible way to recover my account, hoping to use the “Forgot Password” option, but unfortunately, there was no option available. This made me increasingly worried. I attempted multiple times to recover my account through my mobile phone, but that didn’t work either. I also tried using the two-factor authentication from Microsoft and the Google Authenticator app on my phone, but those methods failed as well. The hijackers had changed the mobile phone numbers, removed the authenticator, and deleted the recovery email addresses associated with all my Google accounts.

While I was in the process of trying to recover my account, I continued my efforts to contact the SEC to confirm whether the conference would proceed as planned. Eventually, I received an SMS confirming the schedule. Knowing that many sellers were eagerly awaiting my confirmation about the conference, I promptly announced the confirmed details in my Facebook group.

I also made an announcement that my YouTube channel had been hacked. I typically use my YouTube channel to share every detail of my plans and to provide instructions. After sharing this news, there was speculation that my appearance at the SEC conference might be canceled. Some people even speculated that I had hacked and removed my own personal channel, but that was not the case. My YouTube channel is a source of income for me, so there is no reason why I would compromise it myself.

The Coincidence

Maraming sellers ang nagbigay ng kani-kanilang mga opinyon dahil napaka-coincidence na mangyaring kung kailan kinabukasan na ang conference saka pa na-hacked ang aking account. Marami ang nagsabing sinadya ko ang mga pangyayari upang may maidahilan ako dahil wala daw talaga akong balak magpunta sa SEC o gumawa ng aksyon upang makuha ang perang pinaghirapan.

Ang bagay na iyan ay isang haka-haka lamang dahil alam ko sa sarili ko ang gusto kong mangyari. Makuha ang perang naipit. Hindi ko naisip na magkunwaring gumagalaw pero hindi pala. Hindi ko naisip na manahimik na lamang kaya naging maingay ako at halos  ilang beses akong nag-live sa YouTube to inform the sellers.

The Conference

Noong nasa SEC Conference Room na kami ay pinagalitan ako ni Atty. Filbert dahil ang dating sa kanila ay inuudyukan ko ang mga taong magreklamo o kwestyunin ang SEC sa kanilang naging desisyon. Ipinaliwanag ko naman sa kanila na hindi ganoon ang stand ko dahil mula umpisa ay pareho ko ng tiningnan ang panig at lapses ng dalawa.

I also insists na nakakabili ako ng mga produkto ng Seataoo at sa katunayan ay walong beses na akong bumili at dumating naman ito.

Ang naging advise ng SEC ay ang mga sumusunod:

  1. Iparating sa Seataoo na makipag-usap sila.
  2. Iparating na may amnesty program ang ahensya
  3. Ipinaliwanag din ng SEC ang tungkol sa winding-up period na 3 years.

  2. As explained to me by ___________________ I can be an investor of ______________ by investing a minimum amount of __________________ to a maximum amount of ____________ for which, without doing anything other than placing my investment, I will receive a return or profit equivalent to ____________________ of the amount I invested to be given to me ____________ monthly for ________________.
  3. On ___________________ because of the promised high percentage of interest that my investment will earn from _______________________, I was enticed to invest in _______________ and went to the ________________ office of ___________________;
  4. On ________________ I also visited or surfed their website/Facebook Page and was able to download the following information or data featuring the marketing schemes, company profile and among others. Printout of which information are hereto attached as ready reference. Copies of the said website Facebook Page post are hereto attached as Annex “A”;
  5. On ______________________ I visited __________________ office in _______________ located at __________________________ where Mr./Ms./ ________________________ explained to me that ______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________;
  6. On _______________________________ I gave my investment in the total amount of ______________________ to Mr. _______________________at the ________________________ office in  ___________________ and a receipt was issued to me. A copy of said receipt is hereto attached as Annex “B”;
  7. Upon receipt of my investment, Mr./Ms. ______________________ issued to me a _________________ containing a _________________ wherein it was stated that I invested the amount of ___________ . A copy of the said ______________ containing the _____________ is hereto attached as Annex “C”;
  8. After I made my investment on ________________, I was told by __________________ that I can return on ________________ at the ________________ office where I made my investment and I only need to bring with me my ________________ to receive payout.
  9. On __________________ I returned to the office of _________________________ in ______________. When I arrived at the office of ________________ where I presented my ___________________ in order to claim the _______________ return on my investment;
  10. Upon presentation of my __________________, I was handed over the amount of _______________ representing my profit or payout for ______________________;
  11. Before handing to me my payout, I was asked to sign an Acknowledgement Receipt as proof that I received the amount of ________________ as payout. A copy of the said Acknowledgement Receipt is hereto attached as Annex “D”;
  12. Aside from the said Acknowledgement Receipt, I was also given a card showing the amount I had already received and blank spaces where subsequent payouts that I will receive monthly will be recorded. A copy of the said card is hereto attached as Annex “E”;
  13. On _________________ I no longer received the guaranteed payouts;
  14. That I went to the office of ________________________ on ____________________ and inquired when I could get my payout. I was informed by the security guard that the office of ___________________ will be temporarily closed for ten (10) days. After the lapse of 10 days, the guard said that I could return to get my payout;
  15. Since the happening of the foregoing incidents, the office of ___________________ where I made my investment has not opened and no communication whatsoever has been given by _________________ on how I will received subsequent payments or the return of my principal investment;
  16. Due to the failure of _____________________ to give me the promised payout of _____________ per month for and return my principal investment, I am executing this complaint to file a case against _________________ and its President __________________ for violation of Section 8, 26, and 28 of Republic Act No. 8799 otherwise known as the Securities Regulation Code;
  17. That I personally attest that the printouts included in this affidavit are the faithful reproductions of the originals as found and posted online;
  18. That I did not make any changes, modifications, or alterations thereto;
  19. I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing.
